Du är välkommen att vandra med oss. Samtidigt som vi ger oss iväg från Knislinge kommer tre andra grupper att börja vandra i Dnipro i Ukraina, i Bielsk Podlaski i Polen och i Reading i Storbritannien. Vi kommer att vara sammankopplade via radio, så du kan höra de andras vandringar medan vi rör oss. Vi kommer att vandra genom skogen och försöka (att inte) undvika fällor.
Detta är den sjätte i en serie psykohistoriska vandringar som organiseras av Teta Tsybulnyk, Harri Kraievets och Pavlo Kerestey, tre ukrainska konstnärer som för närvarande är residenskonstnärer vid MARC.
Serien startade 2025 genom programmet Scattered Communities, som anordnades av Asortymentna Kimnata i Ivano-Frankivsk. Tidigare vandringar har gått genom Kyiv, Berlin, Reading, Paris och Poninka. I Ukraina innebär en skogsvandring att man är medveten om att delar av skogen är minerad. Att vandra tillsammans genom fyra länder är ett sätt att hålla kontakten med människor som man inte kan nå så lätt.
Ingen erfarenhet krävs.
Några saker att förvänta sig: Inga mobiltelefoner under vandringen. Vi försöker vara tysta mellan stoppen och prata när vi stannar. Det kommer att bli en guidad rundtur, övningar i mimik, att se och att bli sedd.
Räkna med ungefär 3 timmars långsam vandring på ojämn mark.
Ta med vatten, mat och något att skriva eller rita med.

You are invited to walk with us. At the same time that we set off from Knislinge, three other groups will start walking in Dnipro, Ukraine, in Bielsk Podlaski, Poland, and in Reading, UK. We will be linked by radio, so you will hear the other walks as you move. We will walk through the forest trying (not) to avoid traps.
This is the sixth in a series of psychohistorical walks organised by Teta Tsybulnyk, Harri Kraievets and Pavlo Kerestey, three Ukrainian artists now in residency at MARC.
The series started in 2025 through the Scattered Communities programme hosted by Asortymentna Kimnata in Ivano-Frankivsk. Previous walks have crossed Kyiv, Berlin, Reading, Paris and Poninka. In Ukraine, walking into a forest means knowing that some of it is mined. Walking together across four countries is one way of staying in contact with people you cannot easily reach.
No experience needed.
A few things to expect: No phones on the walk. We try to keep silent between stops, and talk at the stops. There will be a guided tour and exercises in mimicry, seeing, and being seen.
Expect roughly 3 hours of slow walking on uneven ground.
Bring water, food and something to write or draw with.

ABOUT THE ARTISTS
Teta Tsybulnyk är konstnär och verksam psykoanalytiker som arbetar i både Kyiv och London. Hon studerade sociologi vid Kyiv-Mohyla-akademin, socialantropologi vid Central European University och klinisk psykologi vid det ukrainska katolska universitetet. År 2017 var hon med och grundade kollektivet ruїns och har sedan dess samarbetat med Elias Parvulesco kring en serie videoverk som utforskar icke-mänskliga perspektiv på landskap. I sitt nuvarande konstnärskap förenar Teta konstnärliga och psykoanalytiska perspektiv och arbetar med rörlig bild, text och evenemang. Hennes forskning kretsar kring landskapets omedvetna, drömarbete och språkets (o)möjligheter.
Teta Tsybulnyk is an artist and practising psychoanalyst working between Kyiv and London. She studied sociology at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, social anthropology at the Central European University, and clinical psychology at the Ukrainian Catholic University. In 2017, she co-founded ruїns collective and has since collaborated with Elias Parvulesco on a series of video works exploring more-than-human perspectives on landscape. In her current practice, Teta cross-pollinates artistic and psychoanalytic sensibilities, working with moving image, text, and event. Her research is centred on the unconscious of landscape, dreamwork, and the (im)possibilities of language.
Harri Kraievets (född 1992 i Odessa, Ukraina) är konstnär och psykoanalytiker. Hans verk kretsar kring skapandet av nya former som omvandlar det psykoanalytiska tänkandet genom att förändra dess perspektiv, interaktionssätt och språkliga verktyg, samtidigt som begrepp som identitet, nationalitet, religion och minne dekonstrueras. Harris konstnärskap omfattar olika medier, däribland video, performance, radiopjäs, text, poesi och teatermysterier. Han är för närvarande bosatt i Berlin, Tyskland.
Harri Kraievets (1992 * Odesa, Ukraine) is an artist and psychoanalyst. His works evolve around the creation of new forms that transform psychoanalytic thought by changing its optics, mode of interaction, and linguistic apparatus whilst deconstructing such concepts as identity, nationality, religion, and memory. Harri’s practice consists of various types of media including video, performance, radio-play, text, poetry, and theatre mysteries. He is currently based in Berlin, Germany.
Pavlo Kerestey är en ukrainsk målare, video- och fotokonstnär, curator och skapare av installationer och performanceverk. Han är född i Uzhgorod och tog examen från Lvivs Institute of Applied Arts 1984. Kerestey var en del av Paris Commune i Kiev och representerade den ukrainska nya vågen som en mycket produktiv bildkonstnär. Han är baserad i Reading och München och arbetar som multidisciplinär konstnär med måleri, video och performance, ofta i samarbete med Susanne Clausen under namnet Szuper Gallery.
Kerestey har medverkat i både separat- och grupputställningar, bland annat Proxies, Voloshyn Gallery Miami, Les Facettes De La Liberté, ur samlingen av Borys och Tetiana Hrynyov, Centre Culturel d’Ukraine en France, Paris (FR, 2023); Unfolding Landscapes, Art & History Museum, Bryssel (BE, 2022); She Asked I Followed. Pavlo Kerestey is a Ukrainian painter, video and photo artist, and curator. He is an author of installations, performances. Born in Uzhgorod, he graduated from the Lviv State Institute of Applied Arts in 1984. Kerestey emerged from the Paris Commune in Kyiv and represented the Ukrainian New Wave as a prolific painter. Based in Reading and Munich he works as a multidisciplinary artist through painting, video and performance often in collaboration with Susanne Clausen, under the name of Szuper Gallery.

The walk will be held in English. An interpreter will be on site to translate into Swedish.

‘WITH CARE’ is a two-year residency program for Ukrainian artists at MARC focused on performance. It features Ukrainian artist and curator Pavlo Kerestey, curator and dramaturg Valeriia Buradzhyieva, and five artists selected for their previous work engaging with communities, space, and place. Their practices span performances, workshops, documentary filmmaking, immersive choreographic installations, and visual art with a strong connection to performance.
DECEIVED ARTIST WHO DECEIVED BIRDS and 'WITH CARE' is presented by Milvus Artistic Research Center with mobility funding from the Nordic-Baltic Mobility Programme for Culture/ Nordic Culture Point.
